Regenyal Idea Bio-Expander 3 x 1.1 ml is a state-of-the-art biovolumetric that allows complete rejuvenation of the face through volumetric correction and tissue restructuring.
It integrates perfectly respecting the naturalness of the shapes.
The biovolumetric is injected at the subcutaneous level. The skin improves in terms of elasticity, hydration, firmness, stimulation and renewal of the adipose tissue. Scientifically among the adipocytes there are mesenchymal stem cells and pre-adipocytes that expose CD-44 receptors. Under the action of the biointeractive HA share of the product there is a differentiation of pre-adipocytes into adipocytes with consequent regeneration of the fat compartment. its action is also manifested at the level of the dermis with consequent improvement of the same.

Regenyal Idea Bio-Expander is a monophasic gel obtained from a long-lasting, low-temperature cross-linking “gentle crosslinking” process. Slowly mixing s allows the cross-linking agent (BDDE) to distribute itself better and more evenly. the quantity of BDDE used is less than 30% compared to most of the other products on the market of the same viscosity. Furthermore, in the case of the Bio-Expander, three molecular weights of Hyaluronic Acid are used, of 1 million, 2 million and 500 thousand Dalton; the latter corresponds to 10% of free and intercalated HA. HA chains of different lengths allow a better calibration of the product viscosity.
