Through filleraesthetic.com it is possible to purchase products for body care, beauty and health. The filleraesthetic.com site is always active, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (except for problems or interruptions in the internet services provided by the provider.) We ship throughout Italy by express courier.
All filleraesthetic.com customers are protected by the Legislative Decree 22 May, 1999 n. 185 and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70, two legislations relating to distance contracts and electronic commerce that protect European consumers.
filleraesthetic.com fully applies these decrees, in the belief that its consumers deserve a simple, clear, transparent and above all safe service.
Once you have chosen and placed the products in the cart, remember to always check the quantities.
Except for rare cases of contemporary purchases, the products present in our e-commerce system are available. If a product is not available, you will be contacted by phone / e-mail and you can choose whether to receive your package anyway, replace the missing product with a similar product or wait for the arrival of the originally chosen product. However, we would like to emphasize that in these cases they are the exception to our rule: Shipments that leave always refer to the products you have ordered.
After placing the order, you will receive by e-mail the confirmation of the order placed, with a summary of the products, prices, and conditions relating to the order itself.
Returns and Refunds
In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the same products or renounce the right to provide the services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in place of advance payment.
We pay particular attention to the packaging of the package to be delivered to the courier. If unfortunately you should receive the damaged package, collect it but be careful to report on the receipt the words “subject to control” and notify us as soon as possible: you can choose whether to receive the refund or the new shipment immediately.
For all products (except for fresh products) you have 14 DAYS from the time you receive the goods to send them back (still sealed). Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the return of the package. Only once you have received the authorization will you be able to send the package back to us and receive a refund.
We also remind you that only once we know the exact destination of the goods we will be able to communicate the approximate delivery times. If there are delays not attributable to our negligence (non-delivery or delayed delivery by the shipper) we cannot be responsible on behalf of the shipper, but we will always provide you with an adequate assistance service. For rejected shipments of paid and confirmed orders, the costs incurred by us relating to shipping costs will still be retained by us.
The seller is required to reimburse the user within 14 calendar days and is required to reimburse all payments received from the consumer – including shipping costs.
